- Wide material adaptation.
- Integrated steel sheet welded structure with stress eliminated by vibration, giving good rigidity and stability.
- Advanced hydraulic integrated valve unit with compact structure and minimized pipe connections, improving the reliability of the system and making it easy to maintain.
- Brand hydraulic system (Rexroth, Bosch Group): hydraulic drive is smooth and reliable, effectively reducing problems caused by hydraulic oil leakage.
- Serially linked oil cylinders, so the angle of shear does not change during shearing; accumulator return is smooth and swift.
- Adjustable angle of shear to minimize distortion of the plate; manual blade gap adjustment that is accurate, rapid and convenient.
- Three point roller guide structure: a front pre-pressure guide rail keeps the tool frame against the upper and lower guide rails, and the blade clearance can be adjusted to suit different sheet materials for better shear quality.
- High precision backgauge: accurate ball screw ensures stop position precision; uniquely designed synchronous transmission, stable and reliable; motorized back gauge with position display; optional servo motor.
- Rolling material support balls minimize scuffing as well as friction resistance.

- High shear accuracy and smooth cut surface.
- The host adopts the QC12K series model with an economical special numerical control system; the back gauge (post-block) position is displayed in real time.
- Multi-step programming function: after automatic operation and continuous positioning of the material, the back gauge position is adjusted automatically and accurately.
- Shearing count function shows the number of cuts in real time.
- The back gauge uses an imported ball screw to ensure the positioning accuracy of the rear retaining material, giving higher machining precision.
- Blade gap adjustment: the right blade clearance gives a satisfactory shear effect; a quick blade clearance adjusting mechanism meets the needs of different plate thicknesses and materials and is adjusted by rotating the handwheel.
- Domestic famous brand motor: low noise during working and longer service life.
- Hydraulic valve: system pressure control adopts an electro-hydraulic proportional pressure valve, and the whole-process pressure can be programmed and controlled to ensure stable and reliable machine performance.
- Good quality blades made of alloy tool steel to meet shear impact loading and high abrasion resistance requirements.
